True, i see aswell the healing meters in LFR - and if a shaman is topping healing meters (happens rarely)they basicly spam healing rain yelling in chat because they need mana of the druids and priests, and are topping overhealing meters aswell. Same as you i can and do spam LHW but that wont keep a tank up in challenge mode. So i have to use healing surge that will cost a huge amount of mana. Basicly in challenge mode i am always busy with totems, trinkets to keep mana up. Its a nice challenge for me yes, and still hard to do.

atm i have 11.7k spirit unbuffed and cant seem to get more unless we kill more bosses in HOF, and it`s still not enaugh to make me comfortable spaming Flash Heal

i cant say more about shamans, didnt get to play much resto on my shaman
